Craig Kirksey, Director, Customer Support Services

Timothy RoeAs Director, Customer Support Services, Craig Kirksey oversees the Customer Support functions for NSPI which includes the Support Desk and Field Engineering teams along with some internal service management functions.

Kirksey possesses more than twenty years IT industry experience having previously served as the Director of the Business Service Automation Practice for Orasi Software, Inc. and the Director of Infrastructure Operations for EarthLink. He also served as a Systems Engineer and Senior IT Consultant for IBM where he was recognized multiple times for his outstanding achievements with the IBM Systems Engineering Symposium award and the Golden Circle award.

Kirksey graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and a certificate in Computer Engineering and subsequently completed the IT Executive Program offered by the Georgia Tech MBA Graduate School.

The former coach of a State Championship 10U Girls Fastpitch Softball team, Kirksey now spends most of his free time watching his teenage daughters dance competitively and volunteering as an adult leader for their church youth fellowship group. An avid outdoorsman, he also serves on the coordinating Board for Walk to Emmaus weekend retreats.
